Live account
Most accounts here stay simulated for the account's whole life: the firm pays you out of its own revenue, and no real money ever changes hands in your trades. TopOne Futures is different — it also runs a real, live-capital account that some traders graduate into.
How you qualify
A real numeric trigger with a named exception: 3 successful payouts from one sim-funded account for most types, but Elite Daily specifically needs 5. Can be sped up at the firm's discretion. All other accounts pause during the review.
What changes once you're live
Live accounts granted in proportion to sim size with a published table (25K->$0 start/$1,000 drawdown/1 contract ... 150K->$4,000/7 contracts). Before full live, traders pass through "Pre-Live" (same parameters as live, but still simulated profits) -- already gets no consistency rule, no DLL, daily payouts, 80/20 split. Multiple live accounts stack automatically as each one's EOD balance hits a threshold. Split drops from sim's 90/10 to 80/20 once live. No payout cap once live. Live trader personally pays for Professional Data Subscriptions ($140/mo per exchange).
Worth knowing
Genuinely distinctive "Pre-Live" bridge stage most other firms don't have. Cannot decline a live selection and cannot voluntarily go back to sim once live. Breaching costs a mandatory 3-week cooldown.
