Firm notes
Futures-only prop firm. Current lineup (confirmed directly against the help center, after web search repeatedly surfaced discontinued names from earlier V1/AF-v1 versions): 4 account types -- - **Elite Daily V2**: 2-phase evaluation -> funded. EOD-based daily loss limit AND a separate max trailing drawdown, both locking at starting balance + $100 once reached. 40% consistency rule (evaluation phase; not confirmed whether it continues once funded). Daily payouts once funded. - **Elite Access**: 2-phase evaluation -> funded, positioned as a fast/cheap entry point ($39 flat eval fee, 1-day minimum to pass). No daily loss limit during evaluation at all; funded stage adds one (fixed $ by size) plus a 40% consistency rule. - **Instant Sim Funded**: no evaluation -- instant sim-funded access. Max trailing drawdown (trails highest CLOSED balance, locks at starting balance + $100). Daily Loss Limit by size. 20% consistency rule required for payout eligibility (resets after each payout). No contract-scaling ramp -- full contract limit available from day one, though the actual limit numbers weren't stated in what was reviewed. Real legacy-vs-current (2.0) split by purchase date (cutoff 2026-07-27) -- 2.0 rules modeled here since that's what any new purchase gets today; legacy figures kept in notes for context only. - **Ignite**: no evaluation -- instant funded, positioned as TopOne's simplest/fastest product ("limited-time plan"). EOD trailing drawdown, 15% consistency rule, no minimum trading days, 10-second minimum trade duration. Profit target is a REPEATING 5% of current balance each payout cycle (5% of starting balance for the first payout, then 5% of the new balance after each subsequent payout) -- not a one-time evaluation target, since there's no evaluation. Up to 10 accounts held/copy-traded at once. All four types: 90/10 profit split (trader/firm) except Instant Sim Funded, where the split wasn't stated in what was reviewed -- left blank rather than assumed to match the other three. Pricing is a real gap for 3 of 4 types. Elite Access' $39 flat evaluation fee came directly from the owner's paste, but its per-size activation fee ($139-$359 across sizes) and per-size funded reset fee ($299-$1,349) were only given as a firm-wide range, not broken out by size -- left NULL on the per-size field. Elite Daily V2, Instant Sim Funded, and Ignite prices were not found via a reliable primary source this round -- web search only turned up third-party aggregator figures that were internally inconsistent (e.g. non-monotonic by size) or duplicated other unrelated numbers already captured (a sign of scrape noise, not a real price table) -- left NULL throughout rather than guessed. Reviewed 2026-09-04. Founding year (2023, soft launch) vs. "fully operational" (early 2025) both appear across sources — used the earlier founding date; not independently confirmed on the firm's own site. CORRECTION 2026-09-06: founded_year updated from 2023 to 2025. 2023 is when TopOneTrader — a related forex/CFD prop firm built by the same team — first appeared; the TopOne FUTURES product tracked in this database wasn't commercially launched until April 2025. Different situation from a company literally pivoting (more like the Goat Funded Trader / Goat Funded Futures sister-brand pattern already used elsewhere in this database), but the same principle applies: use the year THIS specific futures business launched, not an earlier related brand's head start. Real open question, not resolved (2026-09-07): TopOne's own 4-way comparison article (dated 30 July 2026) describes its lineup as "1-Step Elite Evaluation, Instant Sim Funded, S2F Sim Pro, Ignite Instant Funding" -- but this database's "Elite Daily V2" and "Elite Access" (added later, newer article IDs) may be the SAME product as that comparison article's "1-Step Elite Evaluation" under different/evolved names, OR genuinely separate products the comparison article predates. Not resolved before entering S2F Sim Pro, to avoid creating overlapping rows on a guess -- worth a direct comparison of the Elite Evaluation overview article against Elite Daily V2/Elite Access before this is settled. Also newly confirmed: KYC (via Veriff, plus a signed trader agreement) gates the first payout on every account type; genuine Pre-Live and Live stages exist beyond funded (traders start with one live account, scaling to five; Pre-Live payouts are every 24 hours, min $200; breaching Pre-Live or Live triggers a mandatory 3-week cooling-off period).
