Futures Firm Finder ("we," "us," "the site") is an independent comparison and information resource for futures prop trading firms. We research and publish rule data — profit targets, drawdown limits, daily loss limits, pricing, and similar terms — directly from each firm's own published sources.

We are not a prop trading firm, broker, futures commission merchant, or financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or have access to any trading account, and we do not execute trades or provide funding of any kind.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Trading futures carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Comparison data, the pass-probability calculator, the best-fit survey, and the Firm Trust Score are informational tools meant to help you compare published rules and firm history — they are not guarantees of outcome, performance, or firm reliability, and simulated results (including the calculator) do not represent actual trading and may not reflect real market conditions or fills.

Always verify current rules, pricing, and terms directly with a firm before purchasing an account. Rules and prices change, sometimes with little notice, and a firm's own site is always the authoritative source.

We research rule data from each firm's own pricing pages, help centers, and, where noted, directly from information the site owner has personally verified. Despite that effort, data can be incomplete, out of date, or mistaken — firms change their rules frequently and without notice. Where we haven't independently confirmed a figure, we mark it as such rather than presenting it as certain.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site. You use this information at your own risk and should independently confirm anything material before making a purchasing decision.

We may earn a commission when you purchase an account through a link or discount code on this site, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the accuracy of the rule data we publish. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

Creating an account requires an email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

The points/XP/tier program is a promotional loyalty program tied to purchases made through our affiliate codes, self-reported by you and confirmed manually by us before any points are issued. Points and XP have no cash value except as redeemable under the reward catalog then in effect, are not transferable, and may be adjusted, capped, or discontinued at our discretion — including changing what a reward costs or removing a reward from the catalog — without that affecting points already earned.

Reward fulfillment (cash, discounts, free resets, and similar) is handled manually and may take time to process. We reserve the right to decline or reverse a redemption obtained through fraud, abuse, or a reported purchase that turns out to be false.

Any points-based game on this site (including "Plinko") lets you wager points you have already earned for a chance at more points or other rewards, at published odds shown on the game itself. These games use points only, never real money — they are not real-money gambling. Outcomes are generated randomly server-side and cannot be influenced by you or us after a bet is placed. These games are house-favored on average, meaning most play returns fewer points than wagered over time; play them for fun, not as a way to accumulate value.

(Open item: confirm with a lawyer whether any additional disclosure or age/jurisdiction restriction is needed for a points-only chance-based game in the jurisdiction we operate from.)

Don't misuse this site — no scraping at scale, no attempting to bypass authentication or rate limits, no submitting false purchase reports, no using the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published here, including trading losses, losses from a prop firm's own actions, or losses related to points/rewards. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
