Firm notes

Futures-only prop firm. Three account types: Growth (evaluation), Select (evaluation, then choose a Daily or Flex funded path after passing), Lightning (instant funded, no evaluation). All accounts are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. Universal rules across all account types/stages: no overnight or weekend position holding (all positions must close by 4:45pm ET daily, 12:59pm ET on holiday early-close days; a "trading day" runs 6pm ET to 5pm ET the next day); at least 1 trade per week (Mon-Fri) required on both evaluation and funded accounts; hedging (including across correlated products or across a trader's own multiple accounts) is prohibited; all sales are final, no refunds (reset fees included); a firm-wide cap of 5 active Sim Funded accounts applies per trader across all account types combined; a monthly limit of 15 evaluation purchases applies firm-wide (the limited-release Select 300K does not count toward this cap and has its own restrictions -- KYC required, max 3 per user, no resets). Trading commissions are charged per round-trip contract, separate from the account price (examples from Tradeify's Pricing Reference: ES/NQ $5.76, MES/MNQ $1.82, CL $5.66, GC $6.20 round-trip). Market data is free if the trader signs Tradovate's Non-Professional Agreement; otherwise a $300/month professional data fee may apply.
