PROGRESSIVE and now fully confirmed (accounts purchased after 12 Sep 2025 8:00am EST): 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second, 30% for the third and every payout after. Existing accounts purchased before that date keep a flat 20% for all payouts. Resets to the first tier after a payout, applying to new profit only (profit goal itself also resets and does not carry over).

CORRECTED 2026-09-06: Tradeify's own "Guidelines for Traders" page states directly, "We do not have any rules against or guidelines around trading news events" -- the prior `true` value on this row was a data-entry error from the original load, contradicted by that same load's own notes ("News trading allowed at own risk"), and is now resolved with the firm's own explicit confirmation.

25K Lightning has no daily loss limit at all (explicitly stated as "None" in the source, unlike the other three sizes). Microscalping rule applies: over 50% of trades AND over 50% of profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds, or payout requests are blocked. Legacy accounts purchased before Sept 12, 2025 (or before the "new dashboard launch" for 150K specifically) retain looser, grandfathered position limits and, for 150K, a higher $3,750 daily loss limit and $6,000 max drawdown -- not modeled here, current-purchase figures only. Payout Profit Goal (the profit required to unlock a request, not the withdrawable amount): $3000 for payout 1, $2000 for every payout after. Maximum payout per request (a hard cap, separate from the profit goal): $2000 for payouts 1-3, $2500 for payout 4 and beyond. No minimum trading-day count -- a payout can be requested any time the profit goal and consistency rule are both met.

Hedging is prohibited, including opposing positions on correlated products and positions held across a trader's multiple accounts. Exploiting platform errors and HFT bots are also prohibited. Algorithmic trading is allowed only if the trader exclusively owns the strategy, it is not shared with other traders/firms, is not HFT, and ownership can be proven if requested.
