Firm Trust Score

A 0–100 score built from a firm's real Trustpilot reputation, how long it's actually been operating as a futures prop firm specifically, and a checklist of the rule types that most often catch traders off guard — account stacking, flipping, windfall clauses, news-trading blackouts, and more. Picked by firm, since some of these are firm-wide policies, not tied to one specific account.

Whole firms only, not individual accounts — some rules can still vary by which account you pick, noted below.

  • Copy trading & EA (bot) rulesAppliesModerate severity

A detailed, verified-ownership policy: personal bots/algorithms are allowed only if the trader can prove sole ownership (scanned for similar orders on other accounts, and a live video of enabling the code on the trader's own PC may be required), aren't shared with anyone else, and aren't HFT bots. A real restriction beyond most firms tracked here: a bot may only be used within Tradeify, not across other prop firms too (exclusive-use, not just no-sharing-with-other-traders). Separately, copying your own trades in the SAME direction across your own multiple Tradeify accounts is explicitly fine ("this is how copy trading works") -- only opposite-direction positions across accounts are a problem, and that's a hedging violation, not a copy-trading one.

    What's this?
  • Inactivity ruleAppliesCommon, low severity

At least one trade required per week (Monday-Friday) to keep an account (funded or evaluation) active -- enforced per account, not per user. Tradeify says it will message a trader before taking any action on this.

    What's this?
  • Minimum trade duration / anti-microscalpingAppliesModerate severity

Applies to funded accounts only (not evaluation), firm-wide -- not specific to one account type. To request a payout, both must be true: over 50% of trades held longer than 10 seconds, AND over 50% of profit from trades held longer than 10 seconds. Missing the bar blocks that payout request; it does not breach or fail the account.
