Live account
Most accounts here stay simulated for the account's whole life: the firm pays you out of its own revenue, and no real money ever changes hands in your trades. Funded Futures Family is different — it also runs a real, live-capital account that some traders graduate into.
How you qualify
Two alternative triggers: accumulate $5,000+ in approved Professional Stage payouts, OR receive just an initial Professional Stage payout while showing sustained consistency/risk management/progression. Neither is automatic -- individually reviewed by a Live Desk and Risk Management Team. Uses Rithmic infrastructure, requiring separate onboarding documents and broker processing.
What changes once you're live
No new account is created on transition -- it is the same account lifecycle continuing, so performance metrics and balance carry straight across (no reset). The sim-side profit cap stops applying entirely once live. Real published parameters by size: 50K->$2,500 drawdown/$1,000 DLL, 100K->$3,500/$1,000, 150K->$4,500/$1,250, all starting at a conservative 1 mini/10 micro limit. Market data is NOT included live.
Worth knowing
A harsh re-entry policy: failing either the Professional Stage or the Live Stage permanently locks out ordinary evaluations -- the ONLY way back in is a specific "Prestige Evaluation" product.
