Firm notes
Futures-only prop firm. Structure: Test (evaluation, monthly subscription, 5 sizes: $25K/$50K/$75K/$100K/$150K) -> PRO (sim-funded, reached via a flat one-time activation fee once Test is passed, not a separate size-based purchase) -> PRO+ (live capital, reached via a further graduation requirement). Owner confirmed directly: "PRO+ are just live accounts" -- treated the same as every other firm's graduate-to-live program in this database (notes only, not a separate stage/plan). Real, owner-confirmed finding: TakeProfitTrader REMOVED its Daily Loss Limit rule entirely -- the pricing cards show a struck-out legacy $ figure per size next to a "Removed" badge. Modeled as no DLL at any size; the legacy (pre-removal) figures are not carried into the database since they no longer apply to anyone. Real gap, deliberately flagged rather than resolved: the pricing cards label the risk rule "EOD Trailing Drawdown", but the separately-sourced "PRO Account Rules" article describes the same mechanic as an INTRADAY trailing drawdown in real technical detail (explicitly follows unrealized gains in real time, with a worked numeric example) that locks once it reaches the starting balance. These two of the owner's own primary sources conflict on drawdown basis -- modeled as intraday trailing (the more technically detailed source) for both stages, flagged for the owner to confirm. General rules (apply across Test/PRO/PRO+, from the PRO Account Rules article): no trading bots/algos, no counter-positions in the same or closely-related products, must exit all positions before CME price limit up/down is reached (or the account is liquidated), and a real news-trading blackout (1 minute before/during/1 minute after FOMC statements Wed 2pm ET, Non-Farm Payroll monthly Fri 8:30am ET, CPI, plus product-specific blackouts: Crude Oil Inventories for CL, Bond Auctions for the 10-Year Note and 30-Year Bond). Once on PRO, a weekly trading requirement applies: at least one traded day per calendar week (Sun-Fri) to keep the account active. Profit split (80/20 on PRO, 90/10 on PRO+) and the $130 flat PRO activation fee came from a general fetch of takeprofittrader.com's own homepage, not this round's owner-pasted screenshots -- moderate confidence, not as solid as the pricing-card/rules-article numbers. A withdrawal buffer equal to the maximum drawdown is mentioned generally (must clear the buffer before profits above it can be withdrawn) -- also moderate confidence. Source: pricing/rules screenshots (all 5 sizes) and the "PRO Account Rules" help-center article, both pasted directly by the owner, 2026-09-04; profit split and activation fee from a direct fetch of takeprofittrader.com's homepage, same date.
