Test / PRO $150K
EvaluationList price, before any code
Test (evaluation, monthly subscription) then PRO (sim-funded, via a flat activation fee). PRO+ (live capital) is a separate graduation program, not modeled as a stage here.

No single trading day may account for 50% or more of total net profit -- not a fail condition, keep trading until total profit grows enough that the big day falls below the threshold. Removed entirely once funded (a rare direction -- most firms tighten consistency at the funded stage; TPT drops it).
1 minute before, during, and 1 minute after: FOMC statements (Wed 2pm ET), Non-Farm Payroll (monthly, Fri 8:30am ET), CPI. Also product-specific: Crude Oil Inventories (Crude Oil), Bond Auctions (10-Year Note, 30-Year Bond).
No daily loss limit (rule removed, see plan_terms_versions notes).

Firm-wide: all positions flat by 5pm ET, no overnight holds. At the funded (PRO) stage specifically: news blackouts around FOMC/NFP/CPI releases (narrow windows around the release itself; Fed speakers and FOMC meeting minutes explicitly allowed).
PRO's max drawdown equals whatever the trader's passed Test used ("Maximum drawdown in PRO = maximum drawdown from your passed test", stated directly in the source). No profit target once funded. Must trade at least 1 day per calendar week (Sun-Fri) to keep the PRO account active -- an ongoing activity requirement, not a one-time minimum-days count. Must exit all open positions before a CME price limit up/down is reached, or the account is liquidated. Additional rules reported to apply only at the funded stage (not among the original "six Test rules"): no bots/automated trading, a weekly trading requirement, a limit-up/limit-down obligation.
Payout & commercial terms
How you actually get paid on this account — not just the split percentage, but when, how often, and what has to be true first. Why do these vary so much firm to firm?
You keep 80% of the profit you generate once funded (after a $130 activation fee to go live). How often you can actually request a payout hasn't been researched yet — see below.
80/20 on PRO; 90/10 once graduated to PRO+ (live). Moderate confidence -- from the firm's homepage, not this round's pasted screenshots.

Not sure what a payout buffer is, or why one account pays out weekly and another monthly? Read the payout buffer explainer or the full payout structures FAQ.
No trading bots/algorithms -- all trades must be manually executed. No counter-positions (opposite-direction positions in the same or closely related products) across Test/PRO/PRO+.
Test is billed monthly (recurring), not a one-time fee -- account_price_usd is intentionally NULL, monthly_fee_usd is the recurring charge. PRO is reached via a flat $130 one-time activation fee (same across all sizes) once Test is passed, not a separate size-based purchase. Withdrawal buffer on PRO equals the max drawdown amount for this size (must clear it before profits above it are withdrawable) -- moderate confidence. Unlimited simultaneous Test accounts; up to 5 active PRO and 5 active PRO+; up to 10 passed Tests may be activated within any 30-day period. Buffer zone: the payout buffer equals the account's max drawdown amount -- e.g. a $50K account with a $2,000 drawdown must reach $52,000 before withdrawing at the full 80% split; withdrawing inside the buffer is allowed if the account is terminated, but the split drops to 50% if the account was active less than 60 trading days (a real penalty clause worth surfacing). Daily Loss Limit was removed firm-wide in January 2025 (not 2026 -- some sources give a stale 2026 date or still describe an active DLL; discard those). PRO+ is a real third, live-capital stage beyond PRO -- not directly purchasable or target-triggered, promotion is entirely at TPT's discretion (reviewing consistency, risk management, execution, discipline); reported as a fully automated, no-cost, no-application TPT-managed process since 18 March 2026. PRO+ terms: 90/10 split, EOD drawdown (reverts from PRO's intraday), no buffer zone, eased news restrictions, reset not available. One unresolved conflict: a separate source claims a $5,000 freeze from the PRO account is required to qualify for PRO+, which sits awkwardly with "no additional cost, no application" -- flagged, not resolved.
Prohibited trading practices
Every prop firm restricts these in some form. We haven't confirmed this specific firm's exact wording on each one — read the linked explainer, then check the firm's own terms before trading around it.
