Performance Account (PA) -- the Simulated Funded account awarded after passing the evaluation, issued at the same size and following the same drawdown structure as the evaluation just passed. Balance including unrealized P&L must never touch or fall below the drawdown threshold, or all positions liquidate and the PA is permanently closed. Hitting the Daily Loss Limit only PAUSES trading for the rest of that session -- the account stays active and resumes at the next session open, it does not itself breach the account (materially more lenient than a hard-breach DLL, worth noting since most firms in this database use a hard breach). Trailing-stop lock: the threshold stops rising once it reaches starting balance + $100 and never moves back down once locked, enforced in real time. Up to 20 PAs may be active at once, across all sizes and both EOD and Intraday combined. No prohibited-activity carve-outs: hedging violations or any form of rule circumvention result in immediate account closure. Contract/DLL scaling tiers (reassigned once per day, before the session, from the prior session's 4:59:59pm ET closing balance -- never mid-session; tiers move down as well as up, Level 1 is the floor): L1 $0-1,999 -> 4 contracts / $2,500 DLL; L2 $2,000-2,999 -> 5 / $2,500; L3 $3,000-4,999 -> 7 / $2,500; L4 $5,000-9,999 -> 10 / $3,000; L5 $10,000+ -> 10 / $4,000.

Intraday payout structure

How you actually get paid on this account — not just the split percentage, but when, how often, and what has to be true first. Why do these vary so much firm to firm?

You keep 100% of the profit you generate once funded (after a $79 activation fee to go live). Roughly weekly -- payable once 5 qualifying days are met (days with at least $300 profit each, not necessarily consecutive), with no deadline to complete them.

Confirmed directly by the owner: 100% to the trader, no cut taken by Apex at all -- an outlier versus every other firm in this database (typically 80-90%).

Hedging a trader's own evaluation accounts against each other to force a pass is explicitly prohibited; must be independent, directional trading.

30-day evaluation access period. No resets available -- a failed evaluation requires an entirely new purchase. 7 calendar days to activate the Performance Account after passing (not modeled as a numeric field; see notes). 6-payout lifetime cap per Performance Account (a total count across the account's life, not a recurring per-cycle cap). Per-payout caps (recurring per payout cycle, not cumulative), 1st through 6th payout in order: $2,500 / 3,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 / 4,000 / 5,000. Minimum payout request is $500 regardless of size; balance must stay at least $154600 (safety net + the $500 minimum) before a request can be made. A "Five Pack" bundle exists at checkout (5 evaluations at a per-unit discount off the already-discounted coupon price) -- a checkout-time bundle feature, not a fact about this single plan, so not tracked as its own field (same treatment as Tradeify's bundle discount elsewhere in this database).
