Intraday $100K

Further points from Apex Trader Funding's own rules.

Evaluation

Allowed as part of a normal strategy. Placing orders on both sides of a release to gamble on the outcome is banned.

Evaluation

No minimum trading days: may pass in as little as one day, provided the profit target is reached without breaching the drawdown.

Funded

Performance Account (PA): the Simulated Funded account awarded after passing the evaluation, issued at the same size and following the same drawdown structure as the evaluation just passed. Balance including unrealized P&L must never touch or fall below the drawdown threshold, or all positions liquidate and the PA is permanently closed. Trailing-stop lock: the threshold stops rising once it reaches starting balance + $100 and never moves back down once locked, enforced in real time. Up to 20 PAs may be active at once, across all sizes and both EOD and Intraday combined. No prohibited-activity carve-outs: hedging violations or any form of rule circumvention result in immediate account closure. Contract/DLL scaling tiers (reassigned once per day, before the session, from the prior session's 4:59:59pm ET closing balance: never mid-session; tiers move down as well as up, Level 1 is the floor): L1 $0-1,999 -> 3 contracts / $1,750 DLL; L2 $2,000-2,999 -> 4 / $1,750; L3 $3,000-4,999 -> 5 / $1,750; L4 $5,000-9,999 -> 6 / $2,500; L5 $10,000+ -> 6 / $3,500.

Payout

Hedging a trader's own evaluation accounts against each other to force a pass is explicitly prohibited; must be independent, directional trading.

Payout

30-day evaluation access period. No resets available: a failed evaluation requires an entirely new purchase. 6-payout lifetime cap per Performance Account (a total count across the account's life, not a recurring per-cycle cap). Per-payout caps (recurring per payout cycle, not cumulative), 1st through 6th payout in order: $2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 / 4,000. Minimum payout request is $500 regardless of size; balance must stay at least $103600 (safety net + the $500 minimum) before a request can be made.
