The firm's prominent "No Consistency Rules" marketing claim is scoped to the FUNDED stage only (its own comparison table row reads "Consistency Rules (Funded): None") -- a real 40% consistency rule applies during evaluation, confirmed by a dedicated FAQ entry ("What is the 40% rule?"). A trader filtering for "no consistency rule" firms would wrongly include this one without the stage distinction.
Drawdown floor locks at starting balance once reached (EOD-only model, not intraday trailing). No daily loss limit -- EOD drawdown is the only risk rule stated. No consistency rule. Evaluations can be passed in as little as 3 days, per the firm's own worked example.

Futures (22-Hour Session) payout structure
How you actually get paid on this account — not just the split percentage, but when, how often, and what has to be true first. Why do these vary so much firm to firm?
You keep 80% of the profit you generate once funded. Daily -- any day the account is above +1% profit qualifies. No payout caps, no time restriction on withdrawals. Processing is same-day when eligible (firm-reported median ~6h20m).
80% to trader.

One-time evaluation fee, no activation fee beyond it. Scaling: starting position size can scale up to 15 mini contracts (schedule/thresholds not detailed on this page). No activation fee, no additional fees once funded. A "buffer stage" gate exists between passing evaluation and first payout (build a required buffer before withdrawing) -- mechanics not further detailed in what was reviewed. A $100,000 CUMULATIVE payout threshold exists per trader -- NOT a hard cap like some other firms' lifetime limits: reaching it pauses further payouts and triggers a review for scaling opportunities, a materially different mechanic worth describing precisely rather than filing as a flat cap. Max simultaneous funded accounts is reported (third-party, not primary-sourced) as 5, reconciling with the $1.5M figure sometimes quoted (5 x $300K) -- left unconfirmed rather than entered as fact.
